Política de reembolso

ATTENTION:  

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • All refunds will be in the form of store credit. 
  • Returns must be made at your own cost. (it is recommended that you use a standard traceable service). 
  • Postage/shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To start your return contact customer support via email at customersupport@gmail.com for instructions.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a "store credit" code will be sent to you via email. 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is also not refundable.

Non-refundable items:

  • Accessories - jewelry, belts, headgear, scarves, sunglasses, gloves or handbags 
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items - only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Outerwear

Exchanges 

Items that were defective or damaged can be exchange for the same product type. If your items meet these conditions, send us an email at customersupport@shrelles.com to initiate your exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shrelle's Returns PO BOX 6130 SHEPPARD AFB, TX, 76311, United States.

Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
